2. What data will be collect?

When you use the contact form, we collect the following data:

- first name and surname (or other identifying information you provide),
- email address,
- message content,
- optionally: phone number (if provided).

The website does not automatically collect any other data (e.g. IP address, browser data), unless it is strictly necessary for the technical functioning of the site – in such cases, this data is neither stored nor analysed.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

- to respond to your enquiry sent via the contact form – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller in communicating with interested persons),
- if the contact leads to cooperation, for the conclusion and performance of a contract – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- to defend against potential claims – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Who do we share the data with?

Your data may be transferred exclusively to:

- the hosting service provider – to the extent necessary for the operation of the website,
- the email service provider – for the receipt and storage of correspondence,
- state authorities – solely on the basis of applicable legal provisions.

The Controller does not transfer your data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area).

5. How long do we store the data?

Data from the contact form is stored for a period of 1 year from the end of the correspondence (for statistical purposes and possible continuation of the contact). If cooperation is established, the storage period results from tax and accounting regulations.

- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing.

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to respond to your enquiry. Without it, contact will not be possible.

The website may use only essential cookies that ensure the proper functioning of the site (e.g. remembering your language choice). We do not use marketing or analytical cookies, unless clearly described in the future. You can change your cookie settings in your browser at any time.
